FREE LECTURES ON SENSUALITY

The teacher trainers of One Taste's Urban Monk Program invite you to a series of two hour lectures on sensuality. During these lectures, we will be discussing man/woman dynamics, dealing with resistance, communication, and our practice, Orgasmic Meditation (OMing). This practice is an enhancement for any sex life. These lectures are by donation-only and are akin to a "dry run" for a theater production. We'll be stopping, starting, critiquing, and laughing at our flubs. Come learn in a fun and intimate environment. No experience necessary. RSVP appreciated. URBAN MONK PROGRAM STARTS ON OCTOBER 16th: SENSUAL IMMERSION TRAINING
A three month program of daily practice, lectures, and exercises
Discover exactly who you are in a unique, once in a lifetime experience. Why an immersion program? At One Taste, you will experience a different approach to spiritual wholeness. Build your spiritual practice and being to integrate your awakening with the reality of the daily urban life. Join a community of people who have dedicated their lives to sensuality. Research your sensuality along side them by completely immersing yourself in their daily practice. Your 12 week program includes 3 healthy vegetarian meals daily, classes exploring sensuality and communication, yoga, meditation and personal coaching. Specialized evening program available.
